Abstract
The aftermath of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic presents a multitude of challenges, including reduced physical activity and overall health, as well as the emergence of conditions such as Long Covid. This necessitates a reevaluation of the future of healthcare, encompassing treatments, health education, and training. Long Covid not only leads to decreased physical activity but also increased limitations. Additionally, individuals who engage in incorrect exercise regimens may experience exacerbated symptoms and disability.
This lecture provides an in-depth overview of how individuals can be diagnosed through online screening and assessments conducted in specialized clinics. Furthermore, the lecture underscores the role of personal guides in supporting patients, empowering them to leverage digital interventions for physical education and self-health management. Substantial evidence supports the effectiveness of this approach.
